I have always been very fascinated by the human body, both how it is structured and what it is capable of doing. Having been adjusted since I was a kid and being active in sports all my life, I was familiar with chiropractic and its efficacy. It was this fascination and the desire to learn more about the human body that brought me to seek out and attend chiropractic school. As I learned more about the nervous system and its influence on the rest of the body, I started understanding more of what health and thriving truly means.
I graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA, in 2018, and I have had the privilege of working with the Foundation team since. It is my mission and my privilege as a chiropractor to help people reach their optimum expression of health by restoring the proper communication between the brain and the body, so that they can thrive and live their lives to the fullest.
I’m originally from Norway and that’s where all of my family still resides. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my husband, baby, and animals, family game nights, and baking. I love reading, walking, and playing with my daughter. I’m a big fan of finding a sense of inner calm and peace, and some of my favourite ways of doing that include yoga, physical activity, and journaling.
