Carmen is now in her 20th year of practice as an RMT and is a member of MTAS (Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan). Over the years she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings, allowing her to enhance her knowledge and gain a wealth of experience to benefit her clients.
Carmen offers a variety of massage techniques including Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping and Fascial Taping, Ligamentous Articular Strain Therapy, RAPID, Pregnancy Massage, and Burn & Scar Tissue Release.
In her spare time, Carmen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and fishing!

Monday/Friday: 8am – 1pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 1:15pm – 7pm
Saturday (alternating): 8am – 1pm
